Sausage Dip


I first had this dip at a lunch we did at work. I couldn't get enough of it and had been thinking about it ever since then. We were lucky to be able to get some fresh sausage locally before Christmas. We have a little get together at our home every Christmas Eve and we serve finger foods. My family is not a fan of cream cheese but I knew I just had to make this dip, even if it was just for me. Three ingredients in a crock pot, how much easier can you get?


Sausage Dip 
2 packages of cream cheese
1 can of rotel ( I use mild)
1 lb sausage

Cook and crumble the sausage in a skillet, drain the oil and place in a slow cooker. Dump the can of rotel and the blocks of cream cheese and heat until melted. Stirring occasionally until melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips, corn chips, or your favorite dipping chips. Enjoy
