Happy Friday!  How has your week been?  We have had some warmer temps this week and it has me longing for spring. But alas, it is January so the cold will return. But we did fire up the grill and made some burgers before the cold returns. We have some wonderful featured recipes this week. Those Perfect Pork Chops are calling my name.
