How to Cook Bacon in the Oven at Weekend Potluck #290

Happy Friday!  The kids are finally back in school and I have to say it has been an adjustment. Summers are always so much easier and laid back. But we will get into a good routine soon. Have you ever cooked bacon in the oven?  This is THE ONLY way I cook bacon. The most loved recipe this week was How to Cook Bacon in the Oven from A Southern Soul. If you have never tried it, it is super easy and in my opinion so much less mess!  Our other featured recipes this week include 2 Ingredient Thin Crust Pizza Dough, No-Bake Monster Cookie Bites, Slow Cooker Beefy Gravy and Noodles (y'all are really liking the beef tips and gravy!), and Rice Lasagna from our hostess, The Country Cook. Who is hungry?
