Boy has it been crazy around here. My daughter started kindergarten last week and its been exhausting trying to get into a new routine. It is so chaotic trying to get two kids out to the bus by 7:30 AM every morning that by the time I am able to focus on getting myself ready for work, I am wore out! I usually have a rough time when I have to switch up my routine.
Everything will fall into place really soon but it is going to be stressful until I get there. My son is watching our daughter in the afternoons after they get off the bus. He is doing a great job so far. It is only a little over an hour, anything longer and I am not sure what I would come home to.

Fall is in the air, the nights are a little cooler and its getting darker earlier. Fall is my favorite time of year. The first thing I think of with Fall is pumpkin. I had been wanting to make these muffins for some time now just had not had the time to do them. I fit a little time in on Sunday and baked away. These are super easy and super good.
Pumpkin Crumb Muffins
1 box spice cake mix
1 can pumpkin
1/2 cup water
1 Cup brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 stick butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 12 cup muffin tin.
In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix until well blended. Fill each muffin well 2/3 full. For the topping, stir together flour and brown sugar, breaking up any lumps. Cut in butter with a pastry cutter or fork. Spoon or sprinkle on top of muffins, pat down slightly.
Bake at 350 for 20-24 minutes.
