Lemon Cheesecake Shortbread Bars at Weekend Potluck #280

Happy Friday!  Do you have some awesome plans for the 4th? We are going to be laying back this year and not doing too much. As always, we will be firing up the grill or the smoker to fix up some good eatin'!  We have some great recipes this week to give you a ton of inspiration for your menu. Lemon Cheesecake Shortbread Bars topped the list as the most favorite recipe from last week. Anything lemon gets my vote!
