Happy Friday! Weekend Potluck is busting at the seams today! We have some comfort food with a little sweet mixed in. Beef Stroganoff Casserole from The Kitchen is My Playground grabbed the most loved spot this week. It looks ever so comforting and would hit the spot. Our other features include Spinach Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups (YUM!), Fudge That Will Make Your Friends Jealous, (love the name!), and Brandie (our hostess) rounded out all the fun with her recipe for Fresh Apple Cake with Caramel Glaze.
