Happy Friday and Happy Spring! We have some amazing features this week that are perfect for your Easter dinner next weekend. Easy Coconut Cream Pie from Soulfully Made grabbed the most loved spot this week. Coconut is my favorite and I can't wait to make this and devour it! Other features include Carrot Craisin Salad, Crock Pot Lasagna Soup, Grandma's Double Chocolate Fudge Cake, and I brought along my Lemon-Berry Trifle.
