Creamy Mushroom Chicken Bake

Hello Memorial Day weekend! Of course, as usual for Memorial Day we are expecting rain and storms so we will be celebrating early with family. Any reason to fire up the grill and we are one it. My husband is the grill master of the family. In fact, while I am writing up this post, he is currently loading up the smoker with a brisket. I finally talked him into starting his own little blog with all his adventures on the grill and smoker. He launched Kickin' Up Smoke last week if you want to take a peek. You can find it here. Its new so it not much there yet but just wait. He has some amazing recipes lined up. His first recipe was these Chipotle Ranch Burgers and oh my goodness they were GOOD!
