We are in for another heat wave this week so I plan to use my slow cooker as much as I possibly can. The weather this summer has been all over the place. Either we have rain for days(or weeks) or we have super HOT days. I am not ready to let summer go yet but I am certainly looking forward to some cooler fall days.  Can't we just have both?
