Happy Friday! Hope you had a fantastic Thanksgiving full of all things to be thankful for. We decided to take a week off so that all of you could enjoy your families. Hope you didn't miss us too much!
So now that we are all tired of turkey it is time to shift gears to the most joyous time of the year. We are so behind this year and haven't put up our tree yet BUT that will change this evening. We will pop in our traditional Christmas movie "National Lampoons Christmas Vacation" and have fun as a family decorating the tree. I always enjoy pulling out all the ornaments of Christmas past. The kids first ornaments (sigh) , our first Christmas together (1992!!), and all the ones my babies made for me over the years. My cup runneth over!
Ok, I know its time to get to the recipes! We had some delicious features this week that I can't wait to get in the kitchen and make. Creamy Broccoli Casserole looks so comforting. (I may just eat it all by myself) Ambrosia Fruit Salad has all the things I love in it and Pecan Cream Pie (need I say more) This week it is my turn to be the hostest with the mostest and I am sharing my Peppermint Mocha Cheesecake Dip. Y'all, this stuff is so ah-mazingly delicious, you just have to make it. So kick your feet up and grab a plate because we have lots to share today! Have a wonderful weekend friends!
