Watergate Salad

Watergate Salad has always been one of those dishes that we have on any holiday table. It doesn't matter if it is summer or winter, this is usually on the menu. Such a simple dish to make and everyone absolutely loves it. Actually this is the one dish my husband requests for every holiday dinner with my family. When we are discussing the menu, which hardly ever changes, he always chimes in with his request. He is not the only one who enjoys it though, the kids go nuts over it.

The "green stuff" as the kids call it is super easy to whip together. I could probably make this with my eyes closed.

While some place this on the dessert table, our family displays it proudly with all the other fixins.  It doesn't matter at what point you eat it, it is always tummy pleasing.

Watergate Salad

1 (3.5 oz) box of instant pistachio pudding mix
1 can of pineapple tidbits, undrained
1 (8 oz) tub of whipped topping, thawed
2 cups of mini marshmallows

In a large bowl, combine the pudding mix and the pineapples until combined. Gently stir in the whipped topping until combined and add marshmallows. Chill until ready to serve.
