Homemade Chili Seasoning

Making your own homemade chili seasoning could not be any easier. Plus, it uses ingredients you may already have in your pantry.

Skip that pre-made package of chili seasoning for this easy homemade recipe using ingredients that are in your pantry already.

I'm not going to lie. I usually just use a package of chili seasoning every time I make a pot of chili. But I found myself without one smack dab in the middle of making a pot. What is a girl to do?

So I headed to my spice cabinet and made my own. Why did I not do this sooner? All the ingredients are spices that I keep on hand anyway so why was I buying a package of seasoning?

It is a simple as measuring out the spices, dumping them into a mason jar. Stir or shake it up and boom. Make sure you mix up a batch to have on hand for your next pot of chili.

Here are a few more homemade mixes that have become favorites in my kitchen.
