Strawberry Cheesecake Salad

A coworker brought this to work one day to share with me. I instantly fell in love with this and I knew I needed the recipe. She shared it with me and now I am sharing with you. What is not to love in the salad? Tastes like a cheesecake with little bits of strawberries and bananas without all the work or calories.

Strawberry Cheesecake Salad
12 oz. whipped topping
1 small package of cheesecake pudding (powder)
3 (6 oz) strawberry yogurts
1 lb fresh strawberries, sliced
3 bananas, sliced (add just before serving or they brown)
miniature marshmallows (add just before serving)

Thaw whipped topping and in a large salad bowl stir together whipped topping, yogurts, and pudding powder. Let this set up in the fridge for at least an hour before serving. Wash and slice strawberries. You can add strawberries to salad or wait to add them with sliced bananas and marshmallows just before serving. Keep refrigerated.

  2. Hi Mary,
Yes you use instant Jell-O pudding or a store brand if you can find the cheesecake variety. Thanks for stopping by, hope you get to make this one soon.

  6. Hey there Nicole, I am all for using what you have. You can certainly try that and see how that works out. I personally have never tried it so I am unable to tell you if it will work. Hope that helps and let me know if it works out for you.

  7. This was a really great recipe. My kids loved it. I decided to add half a can of crushed pineapple instead of banana and it was amazing. I do think that it would be better whipped as opposed to just folded.
