Its dinner time and I find myself gazing into the freezer at what is inside. Its a little bit of this and a little bit of that. Its time to hit up the store but the fam jam is wanting some grub now. Ok so I will admit it is times like this my mind will gravitate toward hitting up the drive thru. But by the time I get in the car and drive all the way there, dinner could be already on the table.

One-Pot Chili Mac is quick and easy meal using ingredients you already have in your pantry.

Not only did I want this to be easy, I wanted to mess up as little dishes as possible. Because who wants to slave over the sink doing dishes? The noodles get cooked right in the pot. No need to mess up another pot and colander to get this meal on the table.

  1. 1 cup of pasta looks pretty sparse. 2 cups would seem perfect & I'm going to try that!
