Banana Split Fluff

It's all about the fluff, but not just any fluff, Banana Split Fluff!  Years ago when we went to a friends house for a cookout (that is what we call a BBQ in my neck of the woods) I tried something similar to this dish and instantly fell in love.  I was intrigued by how different it was and it just kept calling out to me.  Fast forward quite a few years and I still had not ran across this recipe or had it anywhere else since.

Church cookbooks are some of the best cookbooks you can own. They have such a wide variety of recipes that are tried and true and are normally passed down through many generations. So anytime I get the opportunity to purchase one, I do. The Goodwill store that I like to shop at will sometimes have these cookbooks for sale so I scoop them up when I see them. They are such a treasure and I always find so many recipes to make that my family loves.

Well guess what?  I finally found a similar recipe for that beloved dish I tasted so many years ago in a church cookbook.  So of course, it gave me the inspiration I needed to make my own.

Fluff desserts are some of the easiest desserts to make because they take just minutes to put together. The marshmallows just make this a super fun dessert. This has a chocolate pudding base mixed with fruit cocktail and those banana slices take it over the top. Before I knew it, this was gone!  Our daughter has already asked me to make it again. So trust me, you need to make this!
