For this week's meal plan we are utilizing the crock pot, instant pot, and the grill. We are full on into summer and anytime I can keep the house a little cooler, I am. We have shade in the backyard but the house itself has no shade and you can certainly tell on these hot and humid Virginia days. Our air conditioner is struggling to keep up.
