Oven Roasted Chicken
Now that I can turn on my oven without making our house feel like an oven I am craving some Oven Roasted Chicken. It is such an easy recipe that makes you feel like you are eating Sunday dinner in the middle of the week. And to make it a little more comforting, we will have some Popa's Mashed Potatoes and Cheddar Biscuits on the side. Now that is some good eating!
